Sprituality is a vital part of religion. Far too often religion overshadows spirituality. We bludgeon each other with creeds, doctrines, dogmas, rituals, and sacred texts, thereby stifling spirituality and slaying the Spirit that dwells within all humans. We need to shuck religion, replacing it with the peace of spirituality, following the Sprit where it leads us.
